Email marketing platform
Your brand, your links.
Target Mailer is a complete email marketing platform: manage your lists, build and send campaigns, and see who really engaged. Now with branded sending domains, so every link, unsubscribe page and bounce address carries your name instead of ours.

What it does
From a list of contacts to a report of who clicked.
Target Mailer looks after the whole life of a campaign, and keeps watch on deliverability along the way.
- Bring your contacts
- Import addresses from CSV, check the list for problems before it goes in, and organise people into groups.
- Build the campaign
- Create reusable templates, choose the groups to send to, and send yourself a test before anything goes out.
- Send it properly
- Schedule a send or drip it out over hours. It leaves on your own domain, paced for each mailbox provider.
- See what happened
- Opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes for every campaign and every contact, with automated scanners filtered out.
Branded domains
One domain, from the From line to the last click.
Most platforms put your name on the From address and their own on everything behind it. Target Mailer moves the whole message onto subdomains of your domain.
On a shared platform domain
- From address
- news@yourbrand.com
- Links and open pixel
- click.shared-platform.com
- Unsubscribe page
- click.shared-platform.com
- Return-Path
- bounces.shared-platform.com
- SPF alignment
- SPF passes, but does not align with your From domain
On your brand with Target Mailer
- From address
- news@yourbrand.com
- Links and open pixel
- l.yourbrand.com
- Unsubscribe page
- l.yourbrand.com
- Return-Path
- bounce.yourbrand.com
- SPF alignment
- SPF and DKIM both align with your From domain
- Authentication that lines up
- With the bounce address under your domain, SPF aligns with your From address as well as DKIM. The two fail in different situations, so DMARC keeps passing when a message is forwarded or rewritten.
- A reputation that is yours alone
- Mailbox providers and blocklists score every domain inside a message. Your links no longer share a tracking domain with every other sender on the platform.
- Links readers recognise
- Hover over a link and it shows your name, not ours. There is no mismatch between who the email is from and where it leads, which is one of the first things a spam filter looks at.
Set up once per domain
-
01
Pick a sending domain
Any domain you already send from. Your From address does not change.
-
02
Add two subdomains
One for links and one for returned mail. We supply the records, or create them for you if we manage your DNS.
-
03
We verify, then switch on
DNS, certificates and mail routing are checked automatically. A domain only goes live once every check passes.
Features
Everything else a campaign needs.
The day-to-day tools for building, sending and measuring email campaigns, without the clutter.
- Campaigns and templates
- Build a template once, send it to any group, and schedule, pause or resume a campaign whenever you need to.
- Lists and groups
- Import addresses from CSV with your own extra fields, organise them into groups, and see the full history of every contact.
- List Check
- Upload a list before you import it. Invalid, duplicate, unsubscribed and bounced addresses are flagged, along with domains that no longer accept mail.
- Honest statistics
- Security scanners open and click everything before a reader does. We identify them, verify the source by DNS and keep them out of your numbers.
- Unsubscribes and compliance
- One-click unsubscribe headers and hosted unsubscribe pages come as standard, and a GDPR erasure is a single API call.
- A proper API
- Token-authenticated REST endpoints for addresses, campaigns, templates and interaction history keep your CRM and website in sync.
Deliverability
We watch the inbox so you can write the email.
Getting delivered is ongoing work, not a setting. It runs in the background on every send.
- Paced for every mailbox provider
- Sends are throttled per provider, so each one receives mail at a rate it is comfortable with.
- Reputation watched daily
- Google Postmaster Tools, Microsoft SNDS, DMARC aggregate reports and DNS health checks are pulled in automatically, with alerts when something slips.
- Bounces and complaints handled
- Every message carries its own return address, so a bounce is matched to the exact recipient. Repeat bounces and feedback-loop complaints are suppressed for you.
- Mail logs, read for you
- Delivery logs are parsed every day to spot domains that have stopped accepting mail, before they drag your reputation down.
Put your name on every link.
Tell us which domain you send from and we will show you what branded sending looks like for it.
